Starting a great journey
From a hangar at the old Paitilla Airport, we started with the goal of offering a differentiated service. Being pioneers in developing a concept of private VIP lounges for executives and personalized airport assistance, we formed alliances with the most important membership companies in the world: Priority Pass since its beginning as IAPA, Diner Club, Lounge Key, Lounge Pass, and Lounge Buddy.
Consolidation
Eight years later, we established ourselves through the quality of our service. We expanded our offering, providing assistance to health tourism travelers, for renowned hospitals and companies dedicated to medical services.
An unprecedented challenge
We faced the challenge of the global COVID-19 pandemic. We took action to ensure compliance with biosecurity protocols, making sure that our travelers‘ journey was safe, increasing their confidence and, as a result, their decision to travel.
